JSJ Holds 2026 Semi-Annual Commendation Conference
On September 2, the 2026 Semi-Annual Commendation Conference of JSJ (Zhaoqing) Silicon Materials was held at the Zhaoqing Second Plant to honor outstanding individuals and teams who demonstrated exceptional performance in the first half of the year.
Employee representatives from various departments gathered together to review periodic achievements and experience the power of role models. The conference opened with corporate culture values, practicing the core principles of “customer-centricity, innovation-driven development, long-term arduous struggle, and persistent self-criticism.”
In the first half of the year, various departments collaborated to tackle challenges, steadily advancing operational tasks across R&D, production, quality control, supply chain, marketing, and sustainable development. This conference was both a tribute to the hard workers of the first half of the year and an internal exchange to rally morale and unite efforts.
JSJ Participates in Guangdong Private Enterprise Trade Union Work Exchange Activity
From September 17 to 18, the Guangdong Private Enterprise Trade Union Work Exchange Activity, hosted by the Guangdong Federation of Trade Unions, was held in Guangzhou. Over 150 representatives, including municipal federations of trade unions and 105 key contact-guided private enterprises across the province, attended the event. JSJ (Zhaoqing) Silicon Materials Co., Ltd. was invited to participate.
The activity centered around exchanges on topics such as industrial worker workforce building, the construction of harmonious labor relations, and the standardized development of trade unions in private enterprises. Heads of trade unions from multiple enterprises shared practical experiences in skilled talent cultivation, democratic management, and employee services, providing a reference for participating companies in conducting trade union work.
JSJ attaches great importance to employee care, safety production, and the cultivation of skilled talent, having previously organized activities such as the “Trade Union Cup” safety knowledge competition and forklift skill contest. This participation provided an opportunity for the company to learn from the trade union work experiences of provincial enterprises and expand its perspectives on employee services and skill cultivation.
JSJ Hosts Mid-Autumn Festival Themed Event, Integrating Employee Care into Daily Life
On September 23, JSJ hosted a Mid-Autumn Festival themed event titled “Together, the Moon is Rounder” at the Second Plant canteen. By incorporating fun interactive elements with traditional festival elements, the event enriched employees’ cultural lives and conveyed festive care to the staff.
Set up around employees’ daily dining routines, the event allowed staff to participate before or after meals without the need for advance registration or team formation. Interactive games such as “Hit the Nail on the Head,” “Picking the Moon with Chopsticks,” and “Jade Rabbit Eating Mooncakes” provided relaxed networking opportunities for employees from different positions and departments. The company also prepared practical gifts to send out Mid-Autumn blessings.
Employee care is reflected in daily arrangements and concrete actions. Utilizing familiar public spaces and convenient participation methods to integrate festival culture into work and life, this event was a concrete practice of JSJ carrying out employee cultural activities and building corporate culture.
JSJ Conducts Special Emergency Drill for Chemical Accidents
To enhance the disposal capabilities of post personnel in responding to chemical accidents, JSJ organized a special emergency drill for chemical leaks and chemical burns, combining safety training with on-site practical operations to test the execution of emergency response procedures.
The drill simulated scenarios such as chemical splashing, burns, and reagent leaks, carrying out full-process practical operations centered around key steps such as hazard reporting, personal protection, emergency showering, and leak adsorption/collection.
Following the drill, the company organized a review session to critique on-site operations, correct non-standard behaviors, sort out existing problems, and optimize emergency response procedures accordingly.
JSJ Holds Special Safety Production Meeting to Deploy National Guard Holiday and Post-Holiday Work Resumption
On the afternoon of September 28, JSJ held a special safety production meeting for holidays. Combining the reality of third-quarter safety production, the meeting reviewed risk hazards and deployed safety management work for the National Day holiday and post-holiday work resumption.
The discussion focused on key areas such as personnel safety, standardized operations, hazard management, and emergency preparedness. It required the strict implementation of operating procedures and protective measures to prevent equipment from running “with ailments” or illegal operations; targeting key parts and critical links to carry out hazard investigations and follow up on rectification until a closed loop is formed; and enforcing holiday duty-on-duty and information reporting requirements to ensure personnel are at their posts, communications are unblocked, and emergency responses are timely.
This meeting further clarified safety responsibilities and work requirements across all levels, connecting pre-holiday deployment, holiday duty, and post-holiday work resumption to guarantee employee safety and stable, orderly production operations.
