To help the new generation of key talent quickly integrate into the company, bridge cognitive gaps, and build a robust talent pipeline, JSJ recently organized a concentrated training camp for its 2026 management trainees.
Through four days of systematic learning, the new cohort of management trainees gained a deeper understanding of the industry, the company, and their roles, laying a solid foundation for their future growth and practical work.
The training kicked off on Day 1 with onboarding formalities, team-building activities, and an ice-breaking session featuring mentorship by senior colleagues. Trainees quickly overcame initial unfamiliarity and formed a supportive learning community.
Day 2 marked the official start of structured training. At the opening ceremony, the host outlined the overall learning plan, and the General Manager delivered an opening address, expressing high expectations for the young talents’ development. Courses covered an overview of the silica industry and the management trainee development program, followed by a full-group visit to the production site, giving trainees a firsthand look at frontline operations.
Day 3 focused on the core business. Systematic sessions explained the company’s products and key characteristics, then walked through the full chain of R&D, procurement, and production. This helped trainees clearly understand the complete journey from product development to delivery and strengthened their foundational business knowledge.
Day 4 brought the intensive training to a close with a rich and diverse curriculum, including corporate culture, trade secret protection, HR policies, administrative regulations, safety leadership, and the company’s organizational structure and division of responsibilities. The program concluded with a formal mentor meeting and closing ceremony, where trainees met face-to-face with their dedicated mentors to discuss and map out their subsequent growth paths.
This training combined theoretical instruction, on-site factory visits, and interactive group discussions, creating an energetic and engaging learning atmosphere.
The four-day intensive program is a new starting point for growth, not the finish line. We look forward to all management trainees applying what they have learned, continuing to deepen their expertise in the industry, taking root in their roles, realizing personal value on the company’s development platform, and advancing hand in hand with JSJ toward a shared future.
